What was it like the first time you drove a car, changed a tire, replaced a hot water heater, or reloaded shotgun shells on a progressive reloader? 

@Ishmael Carter hey Ishmael, i also own a few properties there. always happy to answer questions for anyone. new britain is an incredible town for rentals and has the potential to produce big cash flow numbers. market is hot there right now so watch out for the prices on the MLS. off market is where it’s at there right now.

I had to replace all three boilers, 2 hot water tanks, upgrade the circuit panels, and replace most of the plumbing in the walls Since during the winter many burst due to freezing.

I do have rental/investment properties in NYC/Buffalo, but wanted to expand into STR and i think Orlando/Kissimmee would be ideal due to it being a tourist hot spot attraction.

However, I don't have any multifamily experience and have been unable to find good opportunities in that space because the market is so hot. 

A lot of people trying to 'get in' while it's hot and drove the price up initially, but things have cooled down.

The market is pretty hot in my area and I'm just wondering why a seller would consider carrying the note.Thanks in advance!
