I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcasts for a few months now and I just finished The Book On Rental Properties by Brandon Turner. 

How much will you spend per sqft based on the finishes you want.

For most folks pointing their team toward the finish line is not an option.  

Long story short, I don’t want to, but the GC finds out about the reno unit, and offers to finish the work in exchange for housing his guy.I really like the idea of exchanging rent for labor, especially since I can’t do it myself while I am gone.

Already finished properties are more on the upfront end, cash, but can be very good investments.

I just finished Brandon Turner's "Rental Property Investing" book and just started Scott Trench's "Set For Life" and listened to over 100 hours of podcasts.

The property is a rowhome, partially connected on both sides.The smell is strongest on the RIGHT side of the house towards the front inside the finished basement.This is the side that has access to the outgoing waste line.I was able to determine this by opening up several access panels in the finished basement walls on both sides and smelling the air in the cavity.A neighbor (two doors to LEFT) has developed the same smell in his finished basement at the same time.

Maybe do some minor projects for them at material cost to help finish up a project just to earn some time in the properties and around them.

I am looking for someone who can dedicate the short time necessary, finish the job quickly and move on.

But our agent claimed she has finished the agent visual inspection and noted nothing to disclose in the agent visual inspection section in TDS just after we signed the contract.
