Hey everyone, My name is Bailey and I'm a sophomore in college.  I've been listening to the Bigger Pockets Podcasts for a few months now and I just finished The Book On Rental Properties by Brandon Turner.  I would love to get suggestions on how I can further my real estate education and my network.  Please reach out to me with any resources and tips for new/young investors like me.
