We purchased two properties in Upper Peninsula, MI that each need extensive work  - foundation to roof.This is a growing town with outdoor activity and climate migration its primary draw.

I feel the same way about Knoxville, as much as I've seen it grow in the last 5-10 Years I think that building here in my home town will turn out to he a great decision.

 a few months no.. if you dont plan to use it ever.. as for basic education in regards to vocabulatory etc. the pre license courses are cheap and you will learn things.
