Lots of great connections all over but we also have a very strong and active contingent here in MA on here so make sure to find them (Set up some keyword alerts to find out about local topics) and get connected.Besides doing that on here make sure to get out to some of the many local investor events we have.  

In the event the Trustee is kept in the dark, the transfer would be immediate cause for the Mortgagee to file for relief of stay and foreclose.  

I would suggest checking out our local REIA events as they also provide great education and networking opportunities.

Like you said, the tech industry is a huge driver of values -- for those who haven't lived there and been apart of it, it's hard to understand or explain, but I've seen and been part of the events that lead to ridiculous property values (high salaries, liquidity events, temp workers, etc).But, the other side of the equation is the geography of the Bay Area.

@Ronald Perich  I was trying to get there for the GKIC Dan Kennedy event, but now it looks like the next day I have to be in Florida, so not sure I can coordinate all of that or that I want to be away from home for almost a week. 

In this case, we are only talking about personal liability in the event of a default on the loan.
