Hello Everyone,

My name is Mckenzy and I am a 26 year old (My birthday's today!!). I currently work in the field of Human Resources and love my job but I do realize building wealth solely based on my job will be hard to do.

I have no experience in real estate besides the many books I have been reading lately. My goal is to have my very own investment property by this day next year. I am still a little blurry on where to start or if i have enough to start or if I should save up some more to get in the game. I welcome all advice and look forward to hearing from you guys.
