Alright, I want to make that leap and I think I am ready.   I am going to start by wholesaling for now but I have received so many mixed messages.  I am in CT and would prefer to stay local for now.  I think once I get one or 2 deals done I will be fine.  My primary question is where do I find these deals.  I know about the marketing (direct mail, etc..) and I know about pre-foreclosures which I can seemingly find on Zillow.  So where else can I find deals and if there are seemingly deals on Zillow why aren't more people doing it?
