I would get a sturdy table and place a larger than College dorm refrigerator (but not a full size Refrigerator) on it, a small apartment size electric stove (eliminates the gas line) , place a stand up 5 shelf in the kitchen for pots and pans and dishes.

In that scenario above, If you pay the first 10% off the top and then split the remaining bill into 4 ways evenly, each tenant would pay 22.5% of the bill...this is my favorite way because it fully eliminates complaints about one tenant using more water than another and everyone becomes more mindful about their water usage.
