My name is Jose and I am brand new to the real estate investing/wholesaling niche. I am very motivated to begin my real estate career in wholesaling (the proper way) or flipping houses part time as I still am working my daytime job. Ideally am searching for a mentor or teacher in the Sonoma County area, I know time is a valuable thing and I am willing to trade my time for your knowledge .
