Latest news is that BS is going out of business at the end of the mont.In the last week I was able to obtain few pictures from the outside the house showing no work done outside at all, and I just can imagine what is going to be inside.So folks if you thinking of investing with Morris and Natali Morris from Morris invest run away fast or you'll get burned as I did.Now #claytonmorris  moved to new markets like Detroit Mi, Jacksonville Fl and who knows where elce, so be aware.At this point I am in the mud not sure what to do.

Hi All, there are several discussions here on BP that reference the idea of an all cash purchase followed by putting a lien on the property through your own llc and writing a mortgage note with the property as collateral. 

I began catching up on all the BP Podcast episodes I'd missed, figured out what neighborhoods I wanted to buy in an began monitoring the prices to get a feel for my area.I couldn't be more excited to jump into the game and I really look forward to all of the future discussions here on BP!

Annual Expenses are projected for the property by multiplying (1) the actuals for the current year you obtain from the seller and (2) the project rate at which the expenses for the property will change year over year.Property Value can be obtained from your realtor or can calculate it based on the comps for the area.
