Like Ned says, there is a whole section of information dedicated to the subject here, and Yes, they all apply to Miami, I'm living proof.  

If you just end up wanting a dedicated realtor and that is it, I would recommend seeking one that at least invests in real estate and/or primarily deals with investors.

I would also add, since you are starting out and may or may not be able to have a dedicated lawyer on call.
