Should I change that mentality?

My daughter lives in Phoenix so it would give me a good reason to come stay for a bit.

Hello BP,I am thinking for a name for my real estate holding company and was thinking about using my daughters name or initials.

I have a 3 week old daughter and we are moving, so who knows if it is doable this time around, but I will do my best.

I'm looking to get into real estate with my daughter who is a nurse.

Our group has an abundant mentality, there is enough for all of us and we like to help each other so the more the merrier!

We really thought we would keep it as a rental, pay it off and then be able to use that monthly income to help subsidize our expenses in 11-12 years and send my daughter to a private school. 

Would like to figure out how to acquire them in order to sell them or get one for my daughter in college.

And instead of continuing to wait around, I have signed up to go to a meeting with the local REIA while starting to set incremental goals for myself to reach all throughout the year.I know the wholesale business is difficult and I will most likely encounter way more rejections before I get to a yes...it is a grind, but I think I have the mentality to handle it from my previous work exp in sales, and I'm ready to jump in and get my hands dirty and struggle a lot at the beginning.If there are any local BP Members who would like to connect, share, chat, or just get a free cup of coffee, feel free to reach out to me and I will be more than happy to make a new friend :)
