My name is Dylan Vargas. Looking to finally take the leap and stop the talk. The area I am in is a college town with a great rental market and fixers go fast. I want to start flipping to make a living and sustain a business. Chico is 90 minutes or so North of Sacramento, California. Cheers!

    welcome! I went to chico state, my brother runs a cabinet shop in durham, & my mom owns a few rentals there. Good solid rentals, if you get a good PM & get a good tenant.
