Are they providing maps with different areas marked as different types (single, multi, commercial) and then you cross reference to find single family listings in zones that are designated at 2 family?  

It'd be pretty coolif we were able to cross-reference preforclose with tax defaults..

Also, LOTS of border states have computer systems that take Canadian Social Insurance Numbers because they know such a large population does business in the USA.I think SSN and SIN are both the same number length if I'm not mistaken(My Wife is Canadian).

Either it's a marketing gimmick used to lure potential clients and they only do one of these a year so they can legally promote it, or they will cross collateralize your other assets (your personal residence, other properties you own, etc.)And when you really think about it, who in their right mind would offer these kinds of terms?
