I didn't advertise or use anyone else's money.Is this kind of deal the level of complexity that you all were discussing, and I'm totally wet behind the ears, or is it quite likely to go off without a hitch?

Overall this complex just looks like it has completely suffered from owner neglect.

Your budget has alot to do with the degree of accounting expertise you need and what you intend to do.Accounting can be pretty simple or very complex, so you need to provide more info.....please don't make us pull teeth here, put everything out there to get the best advice, :)

I bought a Condo complex and I am remodeling the bathrooms.

In the last year there have been 4 very massive student apartment complexes go up very close to tech.   

From what I've read, you should stay away from complex math.

The second one is a 4 bed 2 bath and I plan on renting it to college kids a room.Using the concept of apartment complexes and the way they are done, I will be renting out the rooms to either college kids or young professionals around the area.

In fact I recently saw that a developer had built a very nice, large A class apartment complex in town. 

The problems I've had with these ambitions is either too much risk and not enough reward (Opening a computer repair store) or risking missing out on an opportunity because of lack of experience or not enough education (Becoming a VP, since currently all I have to offer education wise are books that I've read and a high school diploma.

Now I talk with my fiance about this and she immediately brings up all of the issues we’ve experienced in past places we ourselves have rented (Hot water was out for 2 weeks for the entire complex due to some landscaping guys busting a line in one apartment we lived in) and how she wouldn’t want to be the one directly having to deal with those issues.
