Walk-in Shower or Bath Shower Combo?

I bought a Condo complex and I am remodeling the bathrooms. The units are one bedroom and one bath. I am renting them now but will probably  be selling  them in the next 5 years. They are located in a mountain ski town in Colorado. I am trying to figure out what is more desired and which would have a better resale and rent value... either a walk in shower or a shower tub combo?  Any insight would be appreciated!
