Accountant Questions

Hey everyone,

I had a couple of quick questions concerning whether or not I should seek an accountants advice. In the past couple of months I started work as a real estate agent and am also wanting to start investing in properties. I have always done my own taxes but wonder if an accountant would be advised.

In the next couple of weeks I am looking to get a business license (LLC, INC, or whatever you guys suggest for a realtors website/name), trademark a logo I had made (pending it's not cost prohibitive), and set up some seperate accounts for the two different real estate endeavors.

My big questions is would it be a good idea to seek out an accountant to complete these? How much should I expect to pay? Anyone have references for Bloomington, MN area?
