In my career, I've learned you have to be the chameleon, change your colors to match the situation.

Stain is extra but this includes all the millwork around windows and floors etc. so 2k sq house  4 to 4500 to paint interior   same for exterior thats body of house trim and seperate door color Another 4 to 4500 for grand total of 9k.. for a 2k sq ft new build in Portland market.
