You'd be better off pulling data from Propstream and have a VA dial through it to set appointments for you. 

He probably has an unlicensed assistant for paperwork, setting appointments and putting listings on the MLS.  

You have to be sitting at a table and not standing.To make the appointment, you need to tell your contractor in a polite way that you made a list of issues you want to address and you want to get those issues resolved.
