Finding boots on the Ground

My partner and I are currently marketing and wholesaling in 2 markets. We are located in Florida but have several deals closing and under contract in Alabama. We regularly take business trips and go to our secondary market in Alabama once month. Due to our busy schedules we can not make it to our secondary market at this time but we need pictures and videos to market a couple of our deals to our buyers that we recently got under contract. We have already confirmed appointment times to view the properties with the seller's property management company and his tenants. I am willing to pay up to 10% of the profit after closing.

If you were in my shoes how would you go about finding boots on the ground to take photos?

or

how would you go about finding other investors/wholesalers to JV with?
