With current housing prices and the age/condition of homes in Milwaukee, does it make more sense to build than buy?

We are really looking forward to continue our learning in regards to landlording, real estate deals, and growing our portfolio.

Depending on how you currently manage and if you are growing the business you need to determine if getting a software system is right.

We are still waiting to hear back from the agent about the age of the roof and the HVAC. 

If there are a lot of tenants searching for rentals that allow pets, it is best to cater to them with whatever limitations seem fair (pet age, breed restrictions, size, etc). 

Obviously I will only do this if the cash flow is worth it.I want to see if anyone has used this strategy to further grow their property portfolio?

We got our first out of state investment, a tri-plex in Lakeland FL, last summer, and are starting to research other markets to hopefully continue growing our portfolio this spring. 

You said it is 6 yeara old....when does it age to 7 years?
