Not sure I would give out my banking info though, but perhaps there are other tasks that you'll need done.

Lease would state that anything over actual utility costs would be refunded at renewal time.This adventure would be in introduction to landlording for my son, but I'd be in charge to begin with. 

The wonderful thing about real estate, aside from fun/adventure, and money, is that it's practical economics.

I am taking the steps I can to prepare myself as best I can for the adventure of real estate investing.I am focusing on three things currenlty:  (1) Reading (books), (2) listening (podcasts) and (3) watching (webinars) and hopefully in the near future I can find some people with common interest in my neck of the woods (380 corridor; McKinney/Frisco/Denton and surrounding Metro Areas) to meet and discuss and expand my education so I can take action when the time comes.  

They must be certified and trained to perform specific tasks, like a dog trained to guide a blind person. 

I was a car salesman for about a year right out of college in 2010, and am currently working for a non-profit making cold calls and booking adventure trips with groups that work with at risk groups.

A Property manager might look 12 months out for maintenance tasks and annual budget, but board needs to have the long-term vision on upgrades/ repairs/replacements.

not an easy task, but not impossible.

Definitely don't see any of this as obstacles, just tasks.
