Lease would state that anything over actual utility costs would be refunded at renewal time.This adventure would be in introduction to landlording for my son, but I'd be in charge to begin with.

I am taking the steps I can to prepare myself as best I can for the adventure of real estate investing.I am focusing on three things currenlty:  (1) Reading (books), (2) listening (podcasts) and (3) watching (webinars) and hopefully in the near future I can find some people with common interest in my neck of the woods (380 corridor; McKinney/Frisco/Denton and surrounding Metro Areas) to meet and discuss and expand my education so I can take action when the time comes.
