My name is Jim.

Education.  That is my current status as a real estate investor.

I am recently 49, and seeking to change my future from where it is headed.   Currently, I am a corporate travel professional.  I live, and as born and raised in the Dallas/Ft Worth metro area.

I have been a member of BiggerPockets since July '15, on and off the site.   Decided beginning of 2016 that time is now to learn and get off my duff and do something.   Became Pro member yesterday.  I am taking the steps I can to prepare myself as best I can for the adventure of real estate investing.

I am focusing on three things currenlty:  (1) Reading (books), (2) listening (podcasts) and (3) watching (webinars) and hopefully in the near future I can find some people with common interest in my neck of the woods (380 corridor; McKinney/Frisco/Denton and surrounding Metro Areas) to meet and discuss and expand my education so I can take action when the time comes.   Looking forward to meeting people and learning from them and giving back what I can.

I look forward to hearing comments from one and all!

Jim
