There is no requirement for you to transfer title from one entity to the next prior to renting the property to a tenant.

You cannot purchase title insurance, or generally can't get a Title Commitment prior to purchase at auction.  

In fact the auctioneer would pre-qualify bidders by reviewing the cash or cash equivalents the bidder had prior to the auction.Now auctions of owned property may not have the same requirement.  

You need to check at least one landlord prior to their current.
