Current address matches public records, as does occupation.

that would be kinda slimy, and the agent would almost certainly have the right to pursue you for the commission since the contracts usually address someone who comes in before the contract is terminated.

Go to the Building Department and ask for the folder for that address and see what documents you can find in there.

If you definitely want to find Airbnb owners, then go on Airbnb, try to figure out the address of the property you are interested in and mail an inquiry to that property or look up the owner's mailing address (that is possible here in Florida via public records) and mail them a professionally sounding and respectful inquiry into purchasing their property (preferably without the word "unload" in it, lol).Good luck!

I recommend screening them as you would a normal tenant I just don’t have them fill out past addresses and why they moved they moved for work!
