Hi all, I was getting excited and learning about RE investing , but came across this article which scared me a bit as far as liability and actually building wealth with investing.

@Jessica HellerI haven't done one, but from what I've seen you need to be HYPER vigilant with your cash flows and payments, for all your expenses. 

- I know NC been on the radar for quite some time- is it still worth to pay attention to this market?
