In 8 months, I will graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management.

I am looking for if you were comparing these two what would make you lean one way or the other- ex. how much does the good vs not-so great school zone affect you when looking for quality tenants, vacancy rates, CapEx on a 2000 build vs 2017, etc.

I’m thinking this will be especially useful for international students who may not want to be purchasing a mattress and whatnot for the school year. 

I’m halfway through dental school and have a practice in line to purchase when I graduate.

I have already started talking to my dad about co-signing and I have been building a reserve of money by continuously working while in school so I hope i'm off to a good start.

She basically is responsible for taking her to school in the mornings and, in turn, gets a discounted room in a nice neighborhood!

I'm a recent graduate and I've had some jobs, but mostly they were secondary to my education.

@Ryan Evans I agree on knowing things before going to an agent, but I guess Zillow and RedFin makes it too easy to click on contact agent and have very little information about the neighborhood apart from assigned school.

I never cared for math in school,(NOW I CARE) but the more I dig in prospecting in 2020 going forward... the 'just go get a delinq tax/ect list' that every person tells every other person in real estate, is played out.

People will happily go where rent is cheaper, so I'm guessing outside of the city it's likely better schools/area, but renters care about their bottom line as #1.
