High Income Professionals and MFH Investing

Hello BiggerPockets family! I’m halfway through dental school and have a practice in line to purchase when I graduate. I have been spending 20+ hours a week reading, listening to real estate podcasts, practicing analyzing deals. I have found that I absolutely LOVE everything about real estate. My plan is to use my high income as a dentist and dental practice owner to allocate a majority of my money towards MFH. How do other high income professionals manage their time between their profession and their real estate assets? And does being a full time professional limit your goals in real estate? My plan is to use dentistry to maximize my goals in real estate and become a full time investor in 10 years post-graduation. I have 3 rentals with my dad and I find myself having to limit my learning in real estate to study for dental school exams (I tend to get obsessive).
