Mortgages... Do I really need 2 years of employment history?
I'm a recent graduate and I've had some jobs, but mostly they were secondary to my education. Why do lenders look for 2 years of employment history? Will my being in a great job for less than a year (because I graduated in may) affect my ability to get a mortgage even if I have the cash for a down payment?
