I’m looking for a local meetup group in the Westmoreland and eastern Allegheny county areas.

This is a great way to pick up buyers.Attend local networking events, fundraisers, conferences, happy hours. 

We knocked out walls to turn 4 small office spaces into one large "conference room" specifically for one tenant.

My only question is whether you've done all of your due diligence.If I saw numbers like that anywhere in eastern MA, I'd be looking for landmines. 

I'm on the eastern end of Ventura County.

In the interim I did contracting work, created and ran a real estate conference, sold some stuff and just did whatever to survive.

I have two doublewide mobile homes purchased one for 24k rent it for 650. Have been for three years . Tax value says 80k. Thought about selling in the near future to purchase some others? Should I hold or sale? I also...
