I'm a general contractor from Ventura County, CA. I'm researching trends and the future of real estate. Found BiggerPockets when reading the article "How to Flip Real Estate Without Killing Your Contractor". Funny and very educational. I hope GCs don't get bullied here. If you do go easy on me.
