Hi All,I’m new to BP, and looking for a property manager that covers greater Boston area including Revere and Lynnfield as I own a 3-family in Revere and a single unit home in Lynnfield.If anyone has any recommendations for property managers that cover these areas it would be great appreciated.Thank you!!

When selecting the property, I would keep the following in mind for "rentability" (which would also be quality of life for you): in unit laundry, proximity to metro/public transportation, on premise parking or nearby affordable monthly lots, central heat and air, closet/storage space, outdoor space (private or shared).

Im sure I have substantially more cash flow from my DC and Boston properties than people who buy in high cash flow markets.The high cash flow markets typically have very little to no rent growth, while the expensive markets typically have very high rent growth.

Then from 7 to 18 y.o adolescent will be in school.Metro is the most important transport in Moscow.

I don’t see public transportation not charging fees for service.

Most ADU's have to fit on the back of a lot and its tough to transport or place on property.

You could not stack them unless they were a plain box or actual shipping conainers, so i dont think it would be worth it.7 x 40 is 280sf(shipping container) $15k for 280 sf is $53 per square, PLUS the transport and setup cost to a site.
