New Investor From Tampa Florida Area

Hey there Bigger Pockets! I a new to the investment real estate world but have a true passion for it. Originally from a small city outside of Boston Mass, I now reside in Tampa Florida and am following in my Fathers foot steps. In Mass he bought and held 30 units consisting of 3 and 6 families. he is my mentor and is actually my partner on the first deal I am currently trying to get done.

Thanks to Bigger Pockets I have already placed my first offer on a fix and flip and am awaiting to hear if the offer is accepted. My interests in real estate are for financial freedom and I want to start with fix and flips to raise capital. Then plan to use the BRRRR strategy to get rentals to make steady income to quit my job and pursue real estate investing full time.
