Wondering opinions on having our LLC own a vehicle vs. the LLC reimbursing  personally for mileage?

BUT, the wonderful aspect of this business is if you are educated, someone else's opinion means nothing.

I am just wondering though as all this stuff becomes main stream it seems like the prices are going to drop like a rock.kind of like when my Dad bought a hand held calculator for 300 dollars that you can now buy for 99 cents LOL>

Yes, thanks Lance, already done that as I have to pay more tax on reporting all future interests and wonder what happens if buyer backs out.Buyer bought under LLC, which I searched may be inactive. 

This site is full wonderful hands on real estate I formation and also has well seasoned investors willing to share knowledge.

We have our loans fully serviced and sometimes I wonder if it's worth the extra money we pay since the servicer's loss mitgation efforts varied from extremely poor to average.

The purchase price was $490k for each 4-plex.I am wondering what the minimum insurance policy should be?
