I'm in the process of obtaining my Salesperson license and would like to start in wholesaling as a way to get my feet wet in the business.

I currently work at a Fortune 100 insurance company (Mass Mutual) where I am a Case Manager and now I'm just getting my feet wet with being a real estate wholesaler.

Or how i can find how to get my foot wet with the right guidance and im so busy with my business its hard to make time im looking for advice or partner or any recommendation?

I have my real estate license and I want to join a brokerage to get my feet wet with real estate, but would it be smarter for me to join an acquisition brokerage to net work with real estate investors or would it be better to join like a Keller Williams.

The masonite siding was bad to rot on the lower courses that got wet.

I'm originally from Milwaukee,  and was thinking about investing in some properties there (after I get my feet wet locally).    

But working for somebody else for a while will get your feet wet and help you figure out what feels fulfilling.

It's a great way to build equity and get your toes wet in the REI world.

It's much better to start as someone from the area who knows the area and knows people to get your feet wet.

My partner and I are looking to get our feet wet with single-family, low to mid-tier homes in the Las Vegas area due to its proximity to LA as well as the great potential (both current and forthcoming).
