Hello!

A Los Angeles resident for the past 9 years and new to real estate investing.

My partner and I are looking to get our feet wet with single-family, low to mid-tier homes in the Las Vegas area due to its proximity to LA as well as the great potential (both current and forthcoming).

Our goal is to now apply the research we have learned in the great community that is BiggerPockets and start to build an awesome team and network!
