With that being said if I felt a client wasn't fully committed to buying a property right now, or didn't have a sense of urgency as you stated you're in no rush, I would have to prioritize my workload and unfortunately that would probably mean not working to put eyes on every property that client sent me. 

As for Syndications, it also depends on your time commitment and what you are looking to get out of investing.
