We would sell after rehab then split the profit based on an agreed amount/%.How would you structure this contractually? 

A civil/structural engineer for soil samples and understanding of site for building and also site grading. 

I know turnkey can get a bad reputation but there are several reputable providers there and if you hold them long term they can be good investments.I’ve done the DIY method and so far turnkey is better for me in my opinion anyways.

It seems like there could be potential to use this kind of temporary rental structure to make things like a slow moving flip be 1031 eligible, potentially saving a lot of money over time.

When I first started out looking for deals for other investors and got into wholesaling, I had to try a few different methods. 

But a lot of methods just didn't work for me and my personality.

The house is structurally sound, and I have new architect drawings completed.

Also structure has to be a concern.   

I’m curious on the structure / finance of a deal when there are multiple investors involved.
