I’m curious on the structure / finance of a deal when there are multiple investors involved. Does anyone have any good books / articles that helped you understand how to structure a deal with multiple investors? Cheers! -Logan Jorns

@Logan Jorns Would highly suggest getting in touch with a securities attorney (as also pointed out by @Chris Seveney). You will get a lot of well-intentioned advice on these forums, but they may or may not work for the type of transactions you have in mind.

My blog has solid resources to get you started. In particular, The Essential Guide to Raising Capital should get you started.
