Now if he stays for more than so many days (which should be specified in your lease) without being put on the lease then you can evict her for a lease violation.I would just talk with her about the situation and let her know that if he is going to be staying for extended periods of time then for legal reasons he needs to be on the lease, and to be put on the lease he will need to fill out an application.
