Hello, my name is Ryan from Kalamazoo, MI. Real Estate investing has been something that I have thought about for years, but just haven't pushed into it yet. I am 33 years old and currently work in construction. Before that I was a Plant Manager for a large company.

I came to this board mainly to look at different financing options and things of that nature since I haven't kept my credit in the best shape. I have looked over the board and found that there is an incredible amount of help on here.

I am planning on starting my real estate investing with my brother. He has already rehabbed his home. His was a complete gut job, but now looks like a new house and most work was all done by him.

I would love to hear from anyone in the area on financing options or any advice on anything.

I am looking forward to spending some time on this board and learning from those who have already succeeded in there goals.
