Anytime I am working with a seller and the exterior pops the property always sells quickly then if they did not do much or anything to it.

It's on the larger side for the rental market in town and would probably command about $3200/mo gross rent.

When I started studying wholesaling in august, that's the 1st thing that the "information seller" said to do.  

You may be able to do the repairs yourself, but I'd encourage you to get the professional pest company to guarantee their work on stopping the termite issue.And, as others have said, depending on what the inspector finds, you can try to renegotiate with the Seller, ask for a credit, or choose to walk away from the deal.
