I have made this one a habit, not just in real estate, but in life in general and it is very powerful. 

I would like to start a network of real estate professional focusing on the Jacksonville market.

The reasoning we focused on during the sale and in inspections was adding a new meter for the building, which was currently part of the 1st floor apartment so it needed to be split off, and moving the meters outside.

I will have to continue to focus on the ratio, ask for those increases and be strategic about when I apply for personal credit vs looking for a loan for the properties.
