I help run a local GC company here in Marietta and have had 1 rental for about 5 years, looking to expand my portfolio as well as network.

He has national lending sources who frequently lend on MHP’s.We’re looking to grow our portfolio in the southwest and the southeast.  

My partner and I are starting to build up our portfolio of rental properties.

Hi, does anyone on here have any info on real estate investment management/ portfolio management (not property management).

I would like to know whay your thoughts are on this idea and how I can grow my real estate portfolio from that point.

So long term I want to buy and hold multi family homes. Short term I'm working on squaring up my credit, paying down debt and getting my credit score up. As well as learning as much as I can.

You're just starting out so keep things as simple for yourself as possible and work on scaling when you have the portfolio, knowledge, and experience to do so.Congrats on your second closing and good luck!

Hi-I just put my third SFH rental under contract and when speaking to an insurance broker he mentioned I may do better switching from individual policies to one commercial policy, especially as I continue to add any other properties to my portfolio.  

Make minimum payments on all props but one, devote alllll the cash flow from the entire portfolio to paying down that one loan as quickly as possible until it's free and clear, then move onto the next.

I purcased it to add to my Buy and Hold portfolio but I have been thinking about selling it to take the money now and move on to the next deal.
