I've been looking into listing of multi-family properties on the market, I'm confused, Some properties that show pictures/description saying that they have been divided and are selling as multi-unit properties are listed under "House type" as "single family" properties on zillow or trulia etc, but then there are multi-family properties that are listed under "Multi-family" properties?

Perhaps getting good at photography and offering to take pictures of for sale property for advertising purposes (for a price).

People post how much money they've made, pictures of homes, and lots of other evidence of their successes.

If they package the information in a useful way with pictures, comps, ARV, pricing, etc., it speaks to value that can easily translate into dollars.
