I'd make sure you know the landlord tenant laws for your state, because they sound like high maintenance type renters.. but we've all had them, we've all dealt with them and if I get high maintenance renters you bet I'm a high maintenance landlord to please.

The ONLY thing I've seen as a website flaw that many web master miss is pagination control for physical paper, but that needs a coding change in the website page it self to avoid orphan text or beginning a paragraph and having only one line at the bottom of the pageCSS 13.3.1 Page break properties: 'page-break-before', 'page-break-after', 'page-break-inside'IMO this is totally a non-issue compared to getting file you can take with you for personal study & reference.
