Need help investing about 200-250k
Hey guys, so I'm currently located in Kalamazoo, Michigan. I own a retail convenient store/Citgo gas station here in downtown Kalamazoo. I bought this property for 700k and I'm planning on selling it for around that price. The money I receive from the down payment along with some other cash I have, I am looking at about 200-250k that I would like to invest in North Carolina. So, my question is, what is the best type/most profitable commercial real estate to invest in NC with about $200-250k on hand? Or what is the best way to go about figuring this out? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.
