It is only under certain circumstances that either is hazardous.If you're gonna live in fear of all those, lets add dust mites, pet dander, a crack in the foundation, unsquare rooms, leaky sinks, creaky floors, ants...etc...pretty soon everyone's living in a bubble.Not to say I would sell a house with mold in it, absolutely not.
