I'm looking for more info on this as well, and so far I've seen a place on the backend where hosts can enter cleaning fees, pet fees, etc.

I welcome pets in my rental but like to be compensated for the wear and tear.How do you handle this situation?

It was a mutual departure as she wanted to add a pit bull to her family and the lease has No Pets - No Exceptions - so I felt good about that.

It is only under certain circumstances that either is hazardous.If you're gonna live in fear of all those, lets add dust mites, pet dander, a crack in the foundation, unsquare rooms, leaky sinks, creaky floors, ants...etc...pretty soon everyone's living in a bubble.Not to say I would sell a house with mold in it, absolutely not.

I am going to ask $1695 for rent, $2000 deposit (more for pets) and I am still considering late fee - any suggestions?  

Also, do you find it better to have an upfront pet fee or a monthly pet rent?
