IF your return was based on the value of each investment, and they were the same rate of return, the REI would be 5 times that of the stock market.Also, keep in mind that if the property value was 5% return, and the CF was too, you would be getting a compounded return by way of investing the cf as well.You can't analyze a REI the same way as you would a stock market investment.
