I just found out that They don’t allow leases that are less than 6 months.Any thoughts on how to overcome this challenge?

Hi Joseph, you would have to get the specifics on this particular DSCR pre-payment penalty, but they usually apply after there’s been a greater than 20% principle reduction. 

I just closed today, they actually weren't as familiar with it as they thought they were, so I went through my attorney's title company who handled it perfectly. 

I feel like now the effective rate is much higher than 18% (closer to 30% +)  we agreed on… since they are taking 18% of the net total AND the cleaning fee sum.
